I joined the Suffolk Hideaways team in October 2022 after relocating up from London where I managed a small portfolio of high-end properties for private clients in Chelsea and Knightsbridge. I have a passion for property and have built up a wealth of experience in managing and maintaining properties; ensuring they are compliant, whilst delivering a good return on investment to the owners.

As a team we pride ourselves on the high level of customer service we provide; whether that’s booking a holiday for a first time visitor to Suffolk; taking a new homeowner on their first holiday letting journey; or welcoming a returning guest back to one of our gorgeous properties.

My days are often spent talking with our guests and valued homeowners and they often call into our busy Aldeburgh high street office for a chat and a coffee.

On my days off you’ll either find me digging in my allotment, walking my dog Oskar in the woods, or cold-water swimming in the river Alde. Suffolk is blissful whatever time of year you choose to visit.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost per year?

For both the Marketing and Marketing and Managed service, we charge a commission on the total rental income for each period your property is let by us (less the Base Fee). The Marketing and Managed service also has an additional annual fee. For more information, please get in touch with our team.

Do I have to deal with holiday enquiries?

No. All enquiries will be handled by our bookings team, who convert them into firm bookings, take deposits and work with guests directly in the run-up to their holiday.

Why should I market with Suffolk Hideaways?

As well as fantastic knowledge of the local areas and years of experience, marketing with Suffolk Hideaways means your property will be reach a huge audience – all of whom are potential guests. Using our popular website, affiliates, portals, printed press and advertising, we’ll get your holiday home exactly where it needs to be, and then continue to help once the bookings start arriving.

What happens if my property gets damaged?

We operate a damage waiver scheme to deal with and reimburse you for minor damage, up to an amount determined by the size of your property. More information is available in the lettings guide or from your New Business Manager.
